This home is such a great value for everything you get that I thought I would share it with you today.
1st off, location. In Laveen, 4 years ago, might have been considered a little too far off for most people. Fast forward to today and only about 1 mile away from the new highway being put in, your transit to downtown would only be about 15 minutes vs 30. And Laveen is beautiful!!! With South Mountain just inches away you have beautiful scenery.
2nd, this home is HUGE, with a HUGE yard, HUGE Pool, and a casita. 2 outdoor living spaces in the backyard as well in the courtyard covered with pavers and an outdoor fireplace. Split floor plan and open floor concept is very popular and these days and this home has that.
We didn't even mention the 3 car garage and RV gate. You know what?
